Terms & Conditions

The Spin The Wheel – Win Your Golden Ticket campaign is organized by Como Pte Ltd and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Campaign Overview

Participants who secure a Golden Ticket through the Spin The Wheel campaign will be eligible to redeem the ticket at participating Club 21 boutiques located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

After spinning the wheel, participants will receive a digital copy of the ticket, which must be presented at the boutique at the point of purchase for redemption.

2. Participating Stores

Golden Tickets may be redeemed at the following boutiques at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore:

3. Operating Hours

Sun – Thu, Public Holidays: 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM
Fri, Sat, Eve of Public Holidays: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM

Operating hours are subject to change by The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.

4. Redemption Mechanics

a) Each digital ticket is valid for one (1) single transaction only.

b) The digital ticket must be presented at the time of purchase.

c) Participants may visit any participating Club 21 boutique at Marina Bay Sands to redeem the ticket.

d) No minimum spend is required to redeem the ticket.

e) The S$80 voucher is not applicable to the following brands:

  • Comme des Garçons Play
  • Mardi Mercredi
  • Carlyn

f) The S$500 Golden Ticket is not applicable to Comme des Garçons Play, Mardi Mercredi, Carlyn, Thom Browne and the Issey Miyake group of brands, including:

    • BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE
    • PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE
    • HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE
    • 132 5. ISSEY MIYAKE
    • IM Men
    • ISSEY MIYAKE

 

5. Validity Period

The final redemption date is 12 April 2026.

Failure to redeem the ticket within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the ticket.

6. General Conditions

Golden Tickets are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other alternatives.

Golden Tickets cannot be transferred, resold, or reproduced.

The ticket is valid only for purchases made at participating Club 21 boutiques at Marina Bay Sands.

Club 21 reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
