Club 21은 오직 정품만 제공하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. Club21.com에서 판매되는 모든 상품은 검증된 유통 경로를 통해 조달되며, 내부 품질 검수를 거칩니다. 이러한 약속의 일환으로 200% 정품 보증을 제공합니다. Club21.com에서 구매한 상품이 비정품으로 확인될 경우, 자격 요건을 충족한 고객은 본 약관에 따라 보상을 받게 됩니다.

 

1.   200% 보증의 적용 범위

 

Club21.com에서 구매한 상품이 비정품으로 확인되면, 고객은 다음을 받게 됩니다.

  • 상품 구매금액의 100% 환불
  • 추가 100% 보상
  • 즉, 총 보상액은 상품 구매금액의 200% 상당

이 보증은 Club21.com에서 직접 구매한 상품에 한해서만 적용됩니다.

 

2.   자격 요건

200% 정품 보증을 받기 위해서는 다음 조건을 충족해야 합니다.

  • 상품이 Club21.com에서 직접 구매된 것이어야 함
  • 배송일로부터 10일 이내에 클레임을 제출해야 함
  • 상품은
    • 미사용 상태여야 하고
    • 원래 상태를 유지해야 하며
    • 모든 원래 포장재, 태그, 동봉물을 포함해야 함
  • 유효한 구매 증빙을 제출해야 함

위 조건을 충족하지 않는 클레임은 Club 21이 거절할 수 있습니다.

 

3.   정품 감정 및 검증 절차

클레임이 접수되면 다음 절차가 진행됩니다.

  1. Club 21이 상품에 대해 내부 검토를 진행
  2. 필요한 경우 제3자 정품 감정 전문가와의 협의를 포함한 추가 검증 진행
  3. 추가 검사를 위해 고객에게 상품 반송을 요청할 수 있음

Club 21이 합리적이고 선의에 따라 내린 정품 판정 결과는 최종적입니다.

 

4.   보상 절차

상품이 비정품으로 확인되면 다음과 같이 처리됩니다.

    • 100% 환불금은 원래 결제수단으로 환불
    • 추가 100% 보상분은 다음 형태 중 하나로 제공될 수 있음
      • 스토어 크레딧
      • 바우처
      • 또는 Club 21이 정하는 기타 방식

처리 기간은 사례에 따라 달라질 수 있으나, 가능한 한 신속히 완료하도록 노력한다고 명시되어 있습니다.

 

5.   적용 제외 대상

다음 경우에는 200% 정품 보증이 적용되지 않습니다.

    • 배송 후 상품이
      • 착용되었거나
      • 사용되었거나
      • 변형되었거나
      • 손상된 경우
    • 명시된 클레임 기간이 지난 후 제출된 경우
    • 검증 요청 시 상품을 반환하지 않은 경우
    • 제3자 판매자, 리셀러, 오프라인 채널을 통해 구매한 상품
    • 태그나 포장 등 구성품 누락으로 정품 여부를 합리적으로 판단할 수 없는 경우

 

6.   책임의 제한

200% 정품 보증은 해당 상품의 구매금액 범위로 한정되며, 다음은 포함되지 않습니다.

    • 간접적 손해 또는 결과적 손해
    • 정신적 고통 또는 평판 손해
    • 원래 거래 외부에서 발생한 어떠한 비용

 

7.   약관 변경

Club 21은 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 수 있으며, 적용되는 약관은 구매 시점에 유효한 버전입니다.

1. What the 200% Guarantee Covers

If a product purchased on Club21.com is verified to be non-authentic:

  • Customers will receive:
    • 100% refund of the purchase price, and
    • An additional 100% compensation,
  • For a total compensation equivalent to 200% of the product purchase price

The guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Club21.com.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the 200% Authenticity Guarantee:

  • The product must be purchased directly from Club21.com
  • A claim must be submitted within 10 days from the date of delivery
  • The item must:
    • Be unused and in its original condition
    • Include all original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

Club 21 reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Authentication & Verification Process

Upon receiving a claim:

  1. Club 21 will conduct an internal review of the product
  2. Additional verification may be performed, including consultation with third-party authentication experts where necessary
  3. Customers may be required to return the product for further inspection

Club 21’s authentication decision, made reasonably and in good faith, shall be final.

4. Compensation Process

If a product is confirmed to be non-authentic:

  • The 100% refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • The additional 100% compensation may be issued in the form of:
    • Store credit, voucher, or other forms as determined by Club 21

Processing timelines may vary depending on the case, but all efforts will be made to complete the process promptly.

5. Exclusions

The 200% Authenticity Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  • Products that have been:
    • Worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Claims submitted beyond the stated claim period
  • Items not returned upon request for verification
  • Products purchased through third-party sellers, resellers, or offline channels
  • Cases where authenticity cannot be reasonably determined due to missing components (e.g., tags, packaging)

6. Limitation of Liability

The 200% Authenticity Guarantee is limited to the purchase value of the product and does not cover:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Emotional distress or reputational damages
  • Any costs incurred outside of the original transaction

7. Amendments

Club 21 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
