COMO Festive Treats 2026

16 November 2026 to 31 December 2026, or until all rewards have been fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.

Customers must spend a minimum of S$250 in a single transaction at any participating COMO Group establishment during the campaign period to qualify.
Each customer is entitled to one (1) reward only throughout the campaign period.
Customers must provide their email address for e-receipt issuance at the point of purchase to receive the reward notification.
This promotion is open to customers aged 18 and above, excluding directors and employees of COMO Group and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

Eligible customers will receive a reward email within 24 hours of the qualifying transaction, containing a unique redemption code and a link to the redemption portal.
Customers may select one (1) reward from the four available reward options:
- S$50 Club21 Voucher
- S$50 Kids21 Voucher
- S$50 COMO Shambhala Voucher
- Two (2) complimentary glasses of Taittinger Champagne at selected participating restaurants.
The Club21, Kids21 and COMO Shambhala vouchers can be redeemed either online through their respective ecommerce platforms or in-store at participating physical outlets, depending on the redemption option selected through the redemption portal.
Reward selection must be completed within seven (7) days of receiving the reward email.
Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Once a reward option is fully redeemed, it will no longer be available for selection.
Once selected, rewards cannot be changed or exchanged for another reward.

The S$50 CLUB21 Voucher is valid for purchases made on Club21.com only if the online redemption option has been selected.
No minimum purchase is required to use the voucher.
Customers must enter the unique voucher code provided in their reward confirmation email at checkout to redeem the voucher.
If the purchase amount is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be retained for future use and will not be forfeited.
In the event of a return or refund, the refunded amount attributable to the voucher will be credited back to the voucher.
The online voucher is valid on Club21.com only and cannot be used at physical retail stores or on other COMO Group business unit platforms.
The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other reward.
The voucher must be fully utilised by 10 January 2027. Any unused balance will be forfeited after the expiry date.

This promotion is organised by COMO Group.
Rewards are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged once selected.
COMO Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
COMO Group reserves the right to decline any redemption if its records indicate that the reward has already been redeemed.
