Campaign Overview

Enjoy 15% rebates on qualifying orders made between 11 September and 21 September 2025 on Club21.com


Question 1: What is the rebate offer?

You will receive 15% rebates when you spend a minimum of S$500 per order during the campaign period.


Question 2: Are there any exclusions?

Yes. The rebate is not applicable to:

  • Orders containing markdown items.

  • The portion of orders paid using a gift card.

  • Singapore 9% GST, duties, taxes, and shipping fees (these will not be included in the rebate calculation).

For example, if your final order amount is S$109 with S$9 in tax, only S$100 will count toward your rebate spending.

If your order totals S$2,000 and S$500 is paid using a gift card, only S$1,500 will count toward your rebate spending.


Question 3: Is the rebate applicable if I use a discount code?

Yes, rebates are applicable with discount codes, provided the order does not contain markdown items.


Question 4: Is there a rebate cap?

No, there isn't a cap throughout the campaign period.


Question 5: How and when will rebates be issued?

Rebates will be issued in the form of an e-gift card in October 2025.
Each rebate gift card will have a 1-month validity.


Question 6: What is the extension policy?

We offer a one-time extension of 7 days.

  • To request this extension, you must contact us within 1 week after the gift card expires.

  • For example, if your gift card expires on 7 July 2025, you need to reach out by 14 July 2025 to request the extension.

  • The extension, if granted, is for a maximum of 7 days and can only be applied once.


Question 7: How can I view my rebate balance and expiry?

You can view your rebate balance and expiry date by:

  • Logging into your Club21.com account.

  • Navigating to the Customer Profile section.

  • Click on the VIEW REBATE BALANCE button, under GIFT CARDS tab.
