Raya Best Dressed Competition T&Cs

1. Campaign Period

The Raya Best Dressed Competition runs from 22 March 2026 to 31 March 2026. Submissions received after this period will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

  • This campaign is open only to selected individuals who have received the official email invitation from Club21.com and are wearing Club 21 items in their Raya outfit submission.
  • Participants must submit their entry through the official submission form.

  • Employees of Club 21, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

  • To participate in the competition, participants must complete all required steps in the submission form during the Campaign Period.

  • To qualify for the reward, participants must create a public post (photo or video) on any social media platform.

  • Stories or any temporary posts that disappear within 24 hours are not eligible.

  • Participants' social media accounts must be set to public at the time of posting and for at least 30 days thereafter to ensure visibility of the post.

4. Entry Rules

  • Each participant is allowed one (1) entry only.

  • The first submitted photo will be counted as the official entry.

  • Duplicate submissions or multiple entries from the same participant may result in disqualification.

  • Submissions must feature Club 21 products.

 

5. Winner Selection

  • All submissions will be reviewed by our team for compliance with the campaign requirements.

  • We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the post and the identity of the participant.

  • Ten (10) winners will be selected as the Best Dressed.

 

6. Prizes

  • Ten (10) winners will each receive an S$80 e-Gift Card.

  • Prizes will be issued in the form of an e-gift card redeemable on future purchases on Club21.com.

  • Each customer is eligible to receive the reward only once.

  • Eligible e-gift card will be issued within 30 days after the submission date. 

 

7. Usage Rights & Marketing Consent

By submitting any photo, video, or content as part of this Campaign, participants:

  • Confirm that they own the rights to the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions.

  • Grant Club 21 the right to use the submitted content for marketing, promotional, editorial, and communication purposes across Club 21’s platforms, including but not limited to the website, EDMs, social media, and advertising materials, without further compensation or notification

8. Disqualification

Club 21 reserves the right to disqualify any participant if:

  • The submission contains inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content.

  • There is suspected fraud, misconduct, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

9. General

  • Club 21 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel the Campaign or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Club 21’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding.
