23 December to 25 December 2025: Gifts with Purchase

Offer: Receive a complimentary gift from Club21.com. Gifts include, but are not limited to, Carlyn bags, Issey Miyake x Moleskine notebooks, Club 21 totes, and more.

How does it work?
This is applicable on Club21.com only. All orders placed between 00:00 on 23 December 2025 and 23:59 on 25 December 2025 (GMT+8) will be processed and delivered as normal. Your gift will be dispatched from our Singapore warehouse and may be shipped separately from your order. You must key in promo code CLUBGIFT during checkout to be eligible for the gift with purchase.

How is the gift selected?
Gifts are grouped into three tiers based on value. You will be randomly allocated a gift according to your spend tier:

  • Spending between S$400 and S$699 will receive a Tier 1 gift.

  • Spending between S$700 and S$999 will receive a Tier 2 gift.

  • Spending S$1,000 or more will receive a Tier 3 gift.

Gifts are allocated at random within each tier. You will not be able to choose or exchange your gift. Each eligible customer will receive one gift for the campaign period.

Returns and refunds for gift orders
All refunds during this campaign will be issued as e-gift cards by default.

Refunds to credit cards are only available if the gift is returned with the item(s). If the gift is not included in the return, the customer must arrange the return of the gift at their own delivery cost in order to receive a refund to their credit card.


21 and 22 December 2025: Full Refund Surprise

Offer: 1 in every 21 orders will be fully refunded. You shop, we pay - it’s our treat.

How does it work?
This is applicable on Club21.com only. All orders placed between 00:00 on 21 December 2025 and 23:59 on 22 December 2025 (GMT+8) will be processed and delivered as normal. After 22 Dec, we will select eligible orders to receive a full refund via an e-gift card.

How are winners selected?
Winners are selected based on every 21st order from all eligible orders. Only completed and paid orders are counted. Cancelled orders do not qualify and are not included in the count.  

When will I receive the refund?
Refund e-gift cards will be issued by 31 January 2026.

Will I still receive my items if I win?
Yes. Your order will be fulfilled and delivered as usual. The refund is given after purchase.

Is the refund cash?
No. Refunds will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

Refund value
The refund value will match the final amount paid by the customer, excluding any portion paid using gift cards.

E-gift card terms
E-gift cards are non-transferable and valid for one month from the issue date, unless otherwise stated. E-gift cards are redeemable on Club21.com only.

Number of entries
Each eligible order counts as one entry. A customer may receive a maximum of one refund during the promotion period.


Participating Countries & Customers

This campaign is only eligible for customers referred through GOXIP. Spend tiers are calculated based on the Singapore Dollar equivalent at checkout.

Exclusion - Gift with Purchase

Order, with wrong discount code used, is not eligible. 
Example: If your order is using OH28 discount code, it will not be eligible for the gift. 

Additional Conditions

  • This promotion is valid online at Club21.com only and is not applicable in retail stores.

  • Club21.com reserves the right to void any order suspected to be fraudulent or abusive of the promotion.

General Terms

  • Gifts are available while stocks last.

  • If gifts run out, Club21.com reserves the right to replace items with alternatives of similar value.

  • Refunded or cancelled orders will not qualify for the promotion.

  • Club21.com reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
